I had the same issue. Go to Visible Facebook Messenger, and you can
actually get in touch with a human that will manually add the promo to
your account!
I just got screwed the same way. Tried to add 35FOR6 and was told not
eligable. Gouge, right off the bat, and no customer service, just looped
auto chat that gets nowhere.
