Same problem. Trying to get a sim card for an older Visible phone.
Talked to a human rep who was worse than useless. Kept directing me to
the IMEI page which kept saying my phone wasn't compatible even though
it is a Visible phone, then kept telling ...
Same issue for me. I bought a Visible phone from SWAPPA but still could
not get a sim card from Visible. Live rep was clueless, kept telling me
to purchase a new Visible phone. I think not.
