I have a Samsung Galaxy Android phone and after working with Visible
chat support was able to receive calls. Go to phone settings and search
for "reset".Reset your wireless network. Reboot your phone. Good luck.

I contacted Visible chat support. The first time they said resetting my
"wireless network and Wifi/Bluetooth settings" would change the boot up
screen. After doing this and rebooting my phone several times, it did

I contacted Visible chat support. They are not able to update the
software for the boot up and power down screens. Just disregard your
previous wireless carrier's screens ; )
