I've had the same issue. I've reset my phone. Tried multiple messaging
apps. Removed the SIM card. Contacted Visible customer service multiple
times and repeated the same steps. Nothing has fixed my problem. Samsung

It's definitely a Visible problem. I've called customer service multiple
times. Reset my phone. Sim card removal. Multiple messaging apps. It's
really frustrating and I have to repeat the same steps each time I
contact Visible.
