So I've spent my entire afternoon trying to get this resolved with the
help desk. I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is but they aren't
capable of either fixing it or letting the developers know to fix it.

Are you guys so desperate that you have to repeat the same marketing
email in the COMMUNITY chat? You're posting more than everyone else
combined! Also a word starting with 'W', ending with 'F', and the middle
letter of 'T' is not a bad word.
