Customer support was the first thing I tried. Visible requires a IMEI #,
which I don't have since my new phone hasn't arrived yet. Very
frustrating system that I can't get by the automated system to ask a
simple question. Guess I will wait for the ph...
According to my RESound hearing aids the carrier must support ASHA. I
know Verizon does but haven't seen anywhere if Visible does. I guess I
can join Visible for a month to find out but hate to port my phone
number if they don't.
