Free trial snafu

Hi, I just signed up for Visible 15 day free trial. I have an iPhone 12 with an E Sim as I understood it I was able to retain my service with my current carrier phone number, etc., and use the free trial basically as a second number while I decided if I wanted to switch carriers, only problem is once Visible activated on my phone I can’t get back to my original number from the other carrier, any help?

Were you using eSIM with your other carrier? I am not tech savvy but a quick search on the iPhone 12 says it is dual SIM compatible but can't be dual eSIM, your other carrier would have needed to be on a physical SIM card in order to use both lines. I only looked this up because there is not much traffic here on the community forums and thought I would find an answer for you. You should be able to get your other number back on line by getting another eSIM from that carrier but you will have to remove Visible.
