There is always some kind of deals when we buy from Visible. But of course, we can buy from OnePlus directly and then BYOD to Visible.

Thank you all for your help, I'm waiting and see if Visible brings the 8 pro within the next few weeks if not I may buy the 9 pro which it just came out yesterday I saw the presentation and SURPRISE OnePlus is coming with a phone more awesome that the one out there right now and very affordable under $200.00 us

I would not recommend purchasing a OnePlus device through the Visible store.  For the OnePlus 8, the version you buy is a custom version just for Visible, and does not receive proper OS support.  It is currently at least two major revisions behind the rest of the OnePlus 8 universe in OS versions.
