I have been working now for three days trying to get my phone to work fully. I am starting to think changing companies was a mistake. Never had this much trouble before! Just stop at the store and it was fixed.

3 weeks after switching to visible and I still have not had a fully functional phone. On the days that I actually have service (usually only after resetting my phone) I still have not been able to receive phone calls. All visible support does is keeps telling me to reset my phone and it's network settings, which does not solve the problem.
