I’m unable to log into my account via the website nor on that app. For the website a message pops up saying “
Something went wrong
Please check out the Help Center or chat with
Care for assistance.” Then for the app it just stays stuck on visible logo when I load in. Now I’m without service because I’m unable to pay my bill.
