My activation got stuck. I tried to chat with the CSR. Each time was one hour plus wait, and each time I was told the "specialist" would look into this ASAP. It has been a few days. Every day I got the same answer. Visible has charged my credit card too. It is indeed a horrible experience. I am now stuck!

Same here. Activation errored out after paying for the plan. Now the app just give you a link to chat, all the other functions are gone
