I need the Sim Card to activate the new updated service. They're sending me one through Fed Ex which needs to be signed for in the middle of the work day during the week when no one is home to sign for it. So it gets sent back to the Fed Ex facility and now I have to drive all the way to another city to pick it up? There has to be a better way to update the network. Please find another way to send out the Sim Card that is more convenient. I shouldn't be going through hoops for the company's network change.

The FedEx driver should have left a door tag that you can sign and they will leave the package the next day.
