Lost phone through FedEx


FedEx needed a signature and I was not home when they came. I was told days later by the FedEx driver that the package gets returned to sender. This all began May 23, 2023. FedEx says the phone is still out for delivery. There's multiple tracking numbers for some reason. I've filed a claim through them. What I'm trying to figure out is if Visible received the phone package back or not. Visible has also now started to charge me double, as if I've opened a new account. At this point I'd at least like a refund since I have no new phone and it's been over a month and I don't have two accounts. If anyone has any suggestions, please send them my way!



It honestly isn't clear what you have done to remedy this. I would start with a Twitter chat, and see if support can see where the package is, and eliminate one of the double charges.
