I mailed a phone in about two months ago and got an email saying they received it and I would be receiving $100 by November 4. Still no resolution at this point and I keep having to contact Visible customer service and no one seems to be able to figure it out. They keep wanting to offer me a gift card even though they said they would refund the amount to my credit card, but it seems like theyโre not able to do it and when I last talked to an agent, he said there were some issue with it, not showing up in my account as an option. Pretty frustrating but this is the fourth time Iโve contacted Visible and again no one seems to know what to do about it. Looks like they ended up getting a free phone.
