Every time I enter the number I want to port in, it says “oops that number is not active” what is going on? How do I get visible to fix this?

Try doing it though their LTE service. Otherwise you will have to wait until their server isn’t overloaded. For some strange reason, any Wi-Fi will not work when their servers are down.
