Port in, can't make phone calls

I ported in but text massages work sometimes, internet is working but calls are unavailable, neither to receive and to make. Is there anyone from visible that can help me? It's been few days from the initial transfer and i need to use the phone.

Same Phone

Can I use my same old phone I already have to open an account? Does my phone have to be paid fully off to open a visible account phone line in my name?

Upgrade Request and Pricing

I have been asked to upgrade my existing plan and told the pricing will be the same. But when I get to the cart to check out the price goes up. Also, will the remaining people in the Party receive a $5 price increase because I left the Party? Thanks!
