What is my recourse when visible support will not resolve the issue or even work on it? They fumbled the port in process and refuse to tell me what is going on or how and when they are going to fix this issue and I never receive promised email update...
Every time I enter the number I want to port in, it says “oops that number is not active” what is going on? How do I get visible to fix this?
