Hello,
I was trying to use my primary email but due to having a period near the ampersand Symbol, Visible will not accept my email and it comes up with an error. The error says “emails cannot have special characters after the ampersand symbol” something along those lines. The issue is that I do not have any special characters after the ampersand symbol as it is a regular gmail account. I had to use my old college email which I no longer use and would like to change my primary email to be my primary for my visible account. Is there any resolution to this kind of issue? Please help! Thank you.

Visible no longer allows numbers or characters including periods in the name part of the address. So if you have something like your.name(at)gmail.com it is invalid. Not sure why Visible stopped this but a lot of people were creating multiple accounts with the same address but only a period in the name, this was convenient to the person doing all the accounts would still go to the same gmail inbox. I am wondering if this caused an issue in Visible's system.

Why fight it? Set up a Gmail account that Visible won't have issues with, and forward the emails to your regular email address.
