Your best option is to Google search "what is a PUK code". I am not an iPhone user so I don't understand that platform. There isn't much traffic here so not sure if someone will be on here to answer this. Maybe try Apple community or forum.

Visible no longer uses the PUK system. Visible has transitioned to not using that method. However Visible has a PUK code of 1111. This is for FCC regulations I believe. That is the heritage PUK number

A PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) is a code used to unlock your eSIM or SIM card if it gets locked after entering the wrong PIN multiple times. To fix your iPhone eSIM:

  1. Contact your carrier – Only your mobile carrier can provide the correct PUK code for your eSIM.

  2. Do not guess the PUK – Entering the wrong code too many times can permanently block your eSIM.

  3. Follow carrier instructions – Once you have the PUK, follow the prompts on your iPhone to unlock your eSIM and restore service.

If you’re unsure, you can call your carrier’s support directly or check their website—they usually have a PUK retrieval option in your account settings.
