Open your Visible phone app and touch Account at the bottom right of your display. Scroll down and select Manage payments, then Add Payment Method. Be sure to make your new payment method primary. Alternatively, you can sign into your Visible account on a PC at https://www.visible.com and scroll down to Manage payments under Overview.
Is there any way around the 2-step verification? To charge payment method or to cancel service? Long story short I broke my phone and had to get one from another provider on short notice. Now I am in autopay purgatory. Thank you.
