I took the fifteen day trial. You gave no directions how to stop this after the 15 days, so I just deleted it. We were traveling and had someone hijack our visa card. I had to wait until we returned home and go to the bank. Since then they have sent me new cards and now I would like to sign up with visible and I just can not get anything accomplished. I also used by husbands phone to use the 15 day trial because you would not use my phone because it was too old. I also am trying to order a new phone. Can you delete this account and let me start over with signing up please? or help me get this accomplished? Thank you for any help. I have also tried to change my credit card info to my new card and the system won't let that happen either. Cindy Dickerson

WOW! I have never seen such poor service. I am trying to purchase a phone, sign up three accounts and can't get an ounce of help! I would be scared to even use your service!

Just an FYI. You are on a community/peer to peer forum that is not visited by Visible customer service. If you are having issues you need to contact customer service by using chat, go to visible.com, click the help tab and than click the little blue box on the bottom right and begin a chat session. type in agent or live agent in the dialog box to get a person or you will just chat with a robot. You can also contact Visible customer service by messaging them on one of their social media platforms which are Facebook, Twitter or X now, Instagram or on their care page on Reddit. They have no phone number to call.

It is best to just use a different email to create a new Visible account. Once accounts expire they cannot be reused.
