Help Agent disconnects before I have a chance to respond.

I have wasted countless minutes waiting to talk to a chat agent on the Visible site, only to be disconnected before I have a chance to respond. If Visible does not want to offer live support, they should not pretend to that they do.

Visible sucks when you have a problem because there is no one willing to actually help.

If you are connecting the visible chat on mobile/ app it may time out. You could login from a laptop. Or reach customer care through Twitter message or Facebook Messenger.

Thanks for that info.

We don't all use social media, so that's not an option.

I get it. Visible is no frills. They let me keep my original plan, and let me join Party Pay, so I have no real complaints.
