I'm reporting Verizon and Visible to the NY Better Business Beareau

I want you to know I'm reporting you to the New York state and City of New York better business bureau. I've been on hold with visible for hours. I have no data. I just started service yesterday. The state and city of new York needs to know what a poor job Visible is doing. I've been waiting on chat for hours and I've been kicked off chat several times.

It says no posts to display. 

What APN settings do you have right now? you can find the APN settings on your Android device by going to: Settings> Mobile networks> Access point names

 

If you have iOS go to: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network.

 

Try editing it to 'VZWINTERNET' than save it and make sure it's selected and restart the phone that should resolve the problem please let us know if it worked
