FYI, this is a peer to peer forum. For customer service got to www.visible.com and click the help tab, click the little blue box in the bottom right, that will open the chat box. You will start out by chatting with the chatbot, lick a topic and click something else at the bottom, type agent or live agent in the box, click none of these option, and click agent assistance at the bottom. You can also message them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, X or on the support page on Reddit.
