Outgoing calls to us barred using global pass in Poland

We are in Poland using global pass. Everything works except outgoing calls to USA. We get the message “outgoing calls barred” and “the number you dialed is not allowed from your phone”. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Announcement 902

Started getting message 902 yesterday, now keeps happening on both my husband and my phone (both iphone 16s). Gist of message is number/customer not available at this time, try again later. Any suggestions how to stop?
