My phone lost network connection after not being used for about 3 weeks. I rebooted and tried it in various locations to no avail. Chatted with Visible help, and they had me futz around for 45 minutes with rebooting, removing SIM card, clearing network settings and nothing worked. Finally I was told that my SIM card no longer worked and they would send me a new one. Is this possible for a SIM card to just go bad? Sounds like a hail Mary play to me.
