Monthly Charges

I'm being charged monthly fees and I don't know why. I don't use this service. How can I get customer service? The AI is useless because I can't provide an account number. Thank you.

Alaska

Will be in Alaska for 6 months. Our friends have visible and are pleased. According to the coverage map 4G is available. Will need to get a new phone to work with visible and the description says work only on 5g. ( Moto g 2025). Any help?
