Cannot receive incoming calls

I just switched from Google fi two days ago, until now I cannot receive calls and texts msg. But I can make calls. What's wrong here? BTW, I restart my phone and reactivate my esim twice, but it still cannot work.

How can $20 for 24 months not be a contract?

Just trying to understand how this works... Though Visible is a "no contract" service, it appears their current promotion of $20/24mo is somewhat of a contract... How can it not be a contract? Does anyone know how this works?
