So I bought a new, unlocked S21+ to replace my old Orbic.
So far, I've spent two days, (9.5+ hours) on the Visible chat trying to get it activated.
Their last parting words were, "Don't call us again about this. We'll call you when it's fixed."
Is this for real? Anyone else have customer service like this from Visible?

Well, no progress yet. Another 2.5 hours wasted on the phone trying to update my address so I can get a new SIM. Funny thing - you can't update your address, say to get a new SIM, without a validation call to your phone, which, in my case, doesn't have a SIM yet.
The agent was surprised when I told her I couldn't validate the address change via my phone because I didn't have the SIM yet. Go figure. Not very well thought-out system. Also received another email explaining it will take 24 - 48 hours to resolve this issue, and they will call me when it's fixed.
Yikes!
