I am having the same issue with my Galaxy S22+. I exercised every bit of patience in my being and finally got a chat session going after about 6 hours. The tech (Kevin) was able to do whatever he did and fixed it within about 5mins, when I asked how to prevent it that question was ignored. Though now that I'm looking into this and seeing all the threads with people having these issues, its clear to me that its a Visible Network issue. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt but if they can't fix it permanently, I'll be switching service.
