Not receiving Email verification, Phone not working

We have had Visible for a few months. Suddenly, about a week or two ago, we get a message on our phone that says "Your phone's not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls."  We started using wifi calling while working with our service until the phone could be fixed. We just received our new sim card, but when we tried to log into our account, we could no longer receive text messages and (as stated in several forums) we do not receive emails either. When we chat with tech support, they asked us to verify our IMEI and last 4 of CC. Apparently some other IMEI is registered with our account, not sure how, so we are unable to verify the IMEI.  Now we are stuck. We have all the info on our account but no way to access the account. With did chat and we spoke with someone at Visible. Help us get our account back!

This is a peer to peer forum and we can't help you gain access to your account. You need to contact customer service again. The reason they are asking for the IMEI number of the phone is to make sure it is compatible with the Visible system. If you contact customer service they can lift the 2FA by sending you an email to the address the account is under, this will lift the 2FA for 24 hours so you can access your account without the need for the code being sent to your phone phone number. Make sure you have not blocked Visible on your email account or the email is not going to your junk folder.

Did not block Visible. I think Visible might have an issue with gmail. Just to make a very long painful story short, it's fixed. I hope.
