Yes, I paid the $45 after a free trail, now its had be uninstall esim put back in, like 3 times. Still it shows no number under esim, but on my account show a number, can't get ahold of anyone. Even tried the qr code. I need my phone so I can work

You may reach their support at https://www.visible.com/help via the Chat icon at bottom. It could be the IMEI is either incorrect or you have another eSIM from another carrier on the same phone and this could problem according to a char with a Visible support agent. In my case, I switch to a regular SIM card and it worked fine.
