Visible is a prepaid monthly service. You would have to pay for a full month and likely the Pro plan to get international calling provided Scotland is on the international call list. You would not get a refund for any remaining time left of the month since it is a prepaid service. You would be better off getting a calling card that has international calling option. Or, borrow a friends phones and pay them the fees to make that one call. $45 for one month is a lot to make just one call and there are cheaper options out there.
