I’m at a loss as for what to do. I recently signed up with Visible, and mailed my iPhone to them to trade in. However, the Find My feature wasn’t truly off. So, I had to request it remotely and Apple will turn it off December 7th. Well, visible is saying it needs to be done by Nov. 30. I can’t seem to find a way to contact them to let them know what’s going on. Any leads?

I AM TRYING TO TRADE IN MY IPHONE BUT FIND MY IPHONE SAYS IT WONT BE REMOVED UNTIL JANUARY 17TH. I ASKED APPLE AND THEY SAID THAT IT'LL BE REMOVED THAT DATE. MY TRADE IN INFORMATION SAYS I HAVE TO REMOVE IT BY JANUARY 13TH OR I WONT RECEIVE MY TRADE IN AMOUNT AND WILL BE $0.
I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY COULDNT HELP OR EVEN HAVE A NUMBER FOR ASSURANT TO SIMPLY EXTEND A FEW MORE DAYS. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO I DID MY PART.
