So I was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 Pro as a new member of Visible. When I proceeded to check out, I was redirected to create a new number for the new device. But I just wanted to buy a new device without making a new number and then port it in from another carrier to utilize the promotion. I also tried to contact customer service, but it seemed that no one was online for help. Is anyone know how to check out without creating a new number?
