Second Phone Number

I need a second/different phone number for work.  I am okay using 1 phone but can I have a different number that rolls over to the phone somehow?  TIA

For the same phone it would need dual SIM but it might take using a second phone though since I don't know how dual SIM's actually work. For a second line from my understanding you need to open an account with a different email address. From what I read you can use the same form of payment.
