I bought the phone from vsble and it came with no Sims card or QR code to manually download. What is the remedy? Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive a SIM card. If you already have an active Visible account, you'll want to transfer your current SIM to the new device. Otherwise, you'll need to reach out the Visible Care Team to have one sent for you to activate your service. They can be reached by chatting on our site, tweeting @visiblecare or sending a DM to @Visible on Facebook.
