Specific Texting Problems after Activation

I am having problems texting with several of my contacts after initial activation .

They can text me but my reply to them fails .

I get a message in Red that says Not Delivered . It allows me to retry but no luck .

Has anyone had this issue ?

Not sure if this will help but try this, text HELP to 67777 and once you get a response then text TRANSACT to 67777. This was something customer service had me try when I was having texting issues about 2 years ago. If that doesn't work you could try contacting customer service and see if they can help. I am not all that tech savvy to have any more suggestions.
