Yesterday my regular monthly payment was taken.
This morning I rec'd an email my service was terminated.
Now it doesn't appear it was terminated and my account shows active and when the next payment will be taken so why would I get an email advising me my service was terminated?
First thing in the morning, anytime really, you do not need eronious emails saying your service has been cancelled and how you can port your number to another provider.
Is this a regular thing?
