Transfer status

Hello, I began a transfer from Verizon to visible on the 24. I do not have a blue icon activate yet. How long should I expect? Could I get an update. I have contacted Verizon, they sounded like they have done what they needed to do on their end and advised me to contact you. Thanks in advance

FYI, this is a peer to peer forum, you can't reach customer service here. You need to sign into your account on the Visible app or on a browser and click the little blue box in the in the bottom right and pick through some questions, if at any time you get a dialog box type agent so you can get by the chatbot. You can also contact Visible customer service by messaging them on Facebook, X, Instagram or their support page on Reddit.
