I am trying to switch to Visible service. When I complete the compatibility checker for eSIM and attempt to purchase a plan, it takes me to an empty cart. I have tried several times and the same thing happens. Have been waiting for a live chat agent for ages now.
At this point I'm probably sticking with my current carrier. At least with them I can talk to a live person, and they have family plans. None of this limiting one line per account... Visible might be cheaper, but the hassle I've been through to try to switch 3 lines over makes a more expensive provider a better value!
