Hello everyone,
I received the visible upgrade offer for visible+2.0 via email. I have visible+1.0. I upgraded to get the additional features offered in 2.0 and with the upgrade offer I would get it at the same $35 price for 5 years. The issue is that after I upgraded and clicked the plan link on the receipt page it still shows the 1.0 feature set and not that of 2.0. Any thoughts?

FYI for everyone. It took about 24hrs to take effect. 10 to 12 down on average. upload speeds are still just as slow as before 0.75 to 1 only.

Give it a day or two and see if it changes. One way to check if you are on version 2 is check you hotspot speed and see if you are getting 10Mbps speeds on a connected device. If not you might need to contact customer service and ask them to fix your SIM or re-provision it.

To add to my previous post, the code has to be used by 8/12, but the message I get says it is not valid or has expired. My plan is the basic Visible plan plus $5/month to use my smartwatch. I don’t understand why I received the upgrade offer when I can’t seem to use it. Please help! Thanks!

I got an offer via e-mail to upgrade to Visible + for $35 a month for 5 years using the code “10FOR5”. When I tried to use it, I got a message that the code was expired. I couldn’t even find the deal on the Visible app or website. I pay $35 for Visible and the use of my smartwatch. I don’t know if that’s the same thing as Visible +. I don’t think I have the free global pass monthly. That was part of Visible +. What’s going on?

Probably it's only for new users.. visible decieved me. When I signed up I supposed to recieve a gift card foe transferring mynumber then I was told that I don't qualify.. I spread the word online to no trust Visible!

The 10FOR5 offer I am thinking was only sent to select customers that have been with them a while. The fine print says the offer is only good for those that received the email.

Your account will tell you which plan you have. If you are paying $25 plus the $10 for use of the watch you are on the base plan. If you got an email for the 10FOR5 offer that is to upgrade to the plus plan where the watch is included. That offer was sent to certain existing customers that are on the base plan. If you actually want to upgrade to the plus plan and the code is not working contact customer service and ask for help with the code.
