In my experience, you're only allowed 1 phone per account on Visible (Not sure how it is now). Just talk to support and they'll unlock your account. That way you can buy a new phone.

Buy another phone in the shop? All you would have to do is swap the SIM between the two phones.

I would buy another and just not activate the sim that comes with it, but is that how visible wants it done? I am also looking for a new phone and have had a pixel 5 in my cart for two weeks now ๐

If I buy a new phone in the shop I would be assigned a new phone number and a new complete account.

iPhones might be your best option right now. It seems to have the majority of the support right now for 5G and otherwise.
