Using Wifi on ship and Ports for posting on Facebook

I am seeing multiple opinions on using Wifi in Europe. There is Wifi on the cruise ship. I know I can set up and use Wifi calling and texting with the basic plan for no charge. But can I post on facebook with being charged data.

It should be just like using wi-fi at home, there would be no data charges. Only charge would be is if you have to pay to connect to the ships wi-fi but I would assume that is free.

Thanks Ace. The Wifi is included in the cruise so it sounds like their shouldn't be a charge from Visible. Visible keeps saying I have to buy a $10.00 a day to use phone in each Country. When you search google about visible charges and their are multiple conflicting answers.

You would only be charged the Global Pass $10 s day fee is if you enable that and autopay before you leave, that is my understanding anyway. If Global Pass is off you won't connect to service.

So once on global pass I only get charged when in that particular Country. Only if I answer a call, open a text or use internet. When on the ship I have paid for Wifi. So do I have to keep switching anything to make sure on those days I am not getting chrged for Global pass. Are you able to keep switching back and forth? I can't get a straight answer from Visible AI....lol

Simply disable it when done using it for a 24 hour period to avoid any unexpected charges - it's a 24 hour pass per country used,  see full terms/conditions at
