Porting an ATT business cell number to visible

I’m told by our att rep that a port out pin is not required to port an ATT business cell number, I have the name and account number.  How should I proceed?

Try different customer service rep to get port out pin

AT&T business accounts don't have a port out pin.  From everything I can find, you need your security or FAN account pin instead.
