Visa reward email

When should I get an email to claim my visa reward? I paid for my 3rd month of service on 10/15 and don't think I have gotten an email. Who should it come from and how long does it take to get the email to me?

You’ll receive the email with the promotion code from Visible, usually after 61st day of service.

can you please paste me email id from where i should expect email with promotion code? i did completed 71 days and i dont see any promotion code email. not sure if i missed anything?
