Web chat is not working

Visible Midnight - Silence Power On Sound

Is there a way to silence the jingle when the device powers on? It's super loud. When I search in settings, I see there's a Power On Sound prompt that takes me to Sound settings, but I don't see anything there on turning off the Power On Sound.
