Visible app cannot change plan

Somehow I don't see an option to change plan in my visible app under account section. Is this a known issue?

Nvm I am using the 3 months 15off promo code, before promo ends I would not be able to change plan. This message shows in their website but not their app somehow though. If anyone else has similar question you can try login to the website and see
