After getting new phone, had active service for 3 days, then stopped working


Got a new unlocked phone, swapped the SIM from my previous Visible phone to the new phone.  App activated fine.  In the app, under Account > Devices, shows my new phone only.  Then suddenly after 3 days, data and voice stopped working.  When I open the app now, I immediately get an "Uh Oh, problem with your account, chat for help".   

When I chat with help, they just say it's been escalated and to wait for an email for a few days.  No other help at all.  I tried the SIM swap with another SIM and then swapped back, didn't help.  Anyone have suggestions?  I need a working phone.
