I have a Poco F3 phone that Visibles IEMI checker says is incompatible with their network. However I tested that theory out using my gf physical Verizon sim card and my phone connected to Verizons network without any problems. I could browse websites, watch tiktok and youtube and use apps that required any data usage.
I posted about this on/r/Visible and got a response from Leny saying that I could not use their network if their IEMI says I can't. Then mentioned I could buy a phone from them instead.
I recently moved to the states and have been looking for a new phone carrier since I don't wanna pay $60 for a pre-paid plan at T-mobile which I opted for these first two months. I'm not a heavy data user and would like to go with a cheaper option and after some reasearch I liked Visible the most.
Now it seems because their "computer says no" they don't want a new customer on board. Just let me try your 2 free week option and we'll take it from there.

You may have been able to use it on Verizon and it worked doesn't mean it will work on Visible even though Verizon owns them. Even though you used a Verizon SIM card that was already activated, did you try to run the IMEI number though Verizon? The likely reason the phone will not work on Visible is because it is not a made for the US phone. In order to do the 2 week free trial you need a phone that can do eSIM and Visible restricts the trial to iPhone, Google Pixel and Samsung phones, I don't think a Motorola phone with eSIM can even participate. The trial can't be done with a SIM card.
Try US Mobile or one of the other MVNO's out there. Most have budget options available.

My Poco F3 works perfectly on Verizon's network, tested with a physical Verizon SIM (data, browsing, apps confirmed). Your IMEI checker is incorrect. Please allow me to use the free trial. The phone is compatible.

Even if it were compatible, the trial requires an eSIM - there is no physical SIM trial. You need to subscribe to one of the plans and order a physical SIM. In the past it's been possible to order a physical SIM by going throught the Bring your own phone process and "lying" that you have an older iPhone (e.g. iPhone 13) that doesn't require specifying an IMEI.
That being said, if you go that route you'd not be able to get any support from Visible if you encounter any problems, but for some it does work. At it minimum now, it'll cost you $25 to try the base plan since referral code credits are deferred until the 2nd month. Use someone's referral code, if you decide to keep it for the second month you'll get $20 off that month.
FWIW, this is a customer-to-customer support forum. Visible doesn't participate here.
