Why can't Visible activate Pixel 8?

Does Visible actually support the Google Pixel?

Visible sells the Google Pixel 8 on its website. I assume that Visible supports the Pixel 8. 

I have been a Visible customer for a year.  On November 17, 2023, I purchased a new unlocked Pixel 8 directly from Google. I immediately contacted Visible support to activate my phone.

But after 2 days going back and forth with Visible support, the Pixel 8 is not yet activated. I have had to provide Visible support not only both of the IMEIs of my phone, but also the EID, the SKU,  etc.

Just now Visible emailed me asking for the purchase date.

Why does it take so long for Visible to activate my Pixel 8?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I bought an "unlocked Verizon" Google Pixel 8 from Amazon since it's the only Pixel 8 model with an mmWave radio capable of the 5G UW offered by Visible, but I can't activate it. I get "The IMEI you entered is not available"

What ended up happening with this? How did you resolve? I bought an unlocked Verizon Pixel 8 from Amazon since it's the only Pixel 8 model with mmWave radio unless you get a Pixel 8 Pro. I wanted to use the 5G UW. But I get "The IMEI you entered is not available" when entering my eSIM in the app to activate.
